Friday
night July 16, 2010 check in.
There will be a Hospitality Room with beverages and
snacks set up in the meeting room.
Dinner - You are free to go where you want.
A Shuttle to the Old Market will be available.

Saturday:
Free Breakfast
District 30 Council meetings will be
held in the Hotel meeting room.
Coffee,
soda and cookies will be served.

Lunch:
We will take a shuttle to Freedom Park for a
lunch cruise. The cruise takes 1 ½ hours
and includes a deli lunch for $25/person. Folks
over 65 cost only $23/person.

Members will car pool to Mike & Deb Bahr’s
residence for a cook out.

Price
per person $15.00 which includes 1 alcoholic
beverage. Additional alcoholic beverage is
$1.00. Meal will include Italian sausage,
brats, hot dogs and hamburgers. Sides will
include chips, fresh vegetables, corn on
the cob and beans. Desert will be fresh fruit.
